Made in Toledo, which was the center of Al Andalus (Arabian Spain;711-1492), these objects take inspiration from the Islamic Arabesque of 7th century. In that period, Islamic arms and armor were decorated using techniques such as damascening, gilding, inlay, gold and silver encrusting, as well as setting with jewels and enameling. The decoration of some items could achieve such sumptuous and spectacular effects that the final appearance of the object has more in common with an item of jewellery than a weapon.
Own a piece of Islamic heritage with these exquisite ARABE plates. Crafted from Toledo Damascene, a renowned metalworking technique, these plates are adorned with 24 karat gold plating for an unmatched elegance.
