1. Shipping Coverage & Costs

We deliver across Saudi Arabia and selected GCC and international destinations. Shipping fees depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Riyadh: 1–3 business days

• Rest of Saudi Arabia: 2–7 business days

• GCC: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, and customs clearance.

3. International Shipping, Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient (final customer)

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges requested by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Unpaid duties or taxes may result in delivery delays or shipment returns. Any resulting return shipping costs or additional charges may be payable by the customer, where applicable.

We recommend checking your destination country's import regulations before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Changing Delivery Address

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or date. Changes are subject to order status and courier approval. The delivery address cannot be changed to a different country after dispatch.

6. General Delivery Terms

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier operations, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and being available to receive their orders.

• Orders are delivered daily except Fridays and official holidays in Saudi Arabia.

• Orders placed outside our regular working hours (9 AM–11 PM), after the last order registration time, on Fridays, or on official Saudi holidays will be processed on the next Saudi business day.
